Device identifiers, device type, operating system, and app usage data.
b. Door Sensor and Alarm Data
Door open/close events and alarm triggers are initially detected by sensors and transmitted to gateways at each location.
The gateways forward this information to our cloud servers. The mobile app retrieves alarm notifications and related information from the cloud, including the location and time of the triggered alarm.
c. User Account Information
Name, email address, and login credentials (if applicable).
d. Security Personnel Location Data
Real-time location of security personnel while using the app to coordinate responses.
Movement history for operational tracking and monitoring purposes.
e. Usage Analytics
Crash reports, performance data, and app interaction logs to improve functionality.
We use the information collected to:
Notify security personnel of alarm events through the mobile app.
Provide real-time location tracking to coordinate security responses.
Allow security personnel to acknowledge and close alarms via the app.
Maintain and improve app functionality, performance, and security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:
Service Providers: Cloud hosting, analytics, or notification services that help operate the app.
